I was really let down when I ordered something from your site. Just a few days later, I got the news that there was a mistake and the item wasn’t available in your US warehouse. It shouldn’t have been listed on your site in the first place. They said my money would be returned, but honestly, I wanted the product, not a refund. I would’ve been okay with waiting until it was back in stock. Other places are charging way more than double for the same item.

I hail from South America and made my way to Spain back in '99. In 2008, I stumbled upon this knife brand, and now that I'm in the USA, I still swear by Arcos. These knives are tough, built to last, the metal quality is top-notch, and they look fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend this brand for both home cooks and restaurant pros.

This item is fantastic. It showed up on the promised date, which was nice. However, I didn’t get any shipping updates or confirmations after the initial receipt was sent. So, I had no clue when it was arriving. I couldn’t be there to receive it, and as a result, the package wasn’t left for me. I really should’ve been able to opt out of the signature requirement when I bought it. It was quite a hassle due to the lack of communication from Arcos. I think buyers should have the choice to skip the signature for delivery right at checkout. Plus, I’d recommend picking a different carrier than DHL. They made it tough to get in touch with a real person until I figured out some workarounds. That said, I’d definitely buy this product again because it’s top-notch. If I could find it somewhere else, I might just do that to avoid another shipping headache.

I've purchased Arcos table knives before and was keen on getting some more. However, the shipping costs are pretty steep. Is there a place in Britain where I can grab them?
